Von Ebert Brewing
In an effort to try to create a Pilsner that would fit with the gray, rain filled skies of the PNW winter, we came up with Black Pils. This beers sits somewhere in the middle between a German-style Pilsner and a Schwarzbier. Looks for notes of fresh cuts herbs, light caramel and wafts of lighter roast coffee with a firm palate sticking bitterness
