BEER DESCRIPTION

Created from our Brother Joseph Belgian Dubbel, this brew adds dark fruit flavors and a dry finish to this classic STA brew. The blood orange adds a new dimension of tart citrus flavor and a sweeter aroma. After fermentation is complete, we then rack the beer onto blood orange puree. This process helps the sweetness of the fruit stay in the beer.
