Like a Gose, this beer is soured after the mash with lactobacillus in our brew kettle until the desired acidity is reached. However, no additional flavorings were added to the base beer. loads of stone and tropical fruit flavors come through from the souring process itself. Over 30 percentage wheat malt in the grist, as well as a Vienna malt addition, provide fresh, bready accents and a light, hazy straw color. Perfect for quenching a hard earned thirst
