Escutcheon Brewing Company
Hefe (yeast) Wiezen (wheat) is a southern German beer style. This traditional Weissebeer is cloudy in appearance due to it being packaged on yeast. Its aroma is dominated by the balanced smells of cloves and banana. The taste is pure heaven, balanced flavors of wheat and clove followed by a dry tart finish. Prost!------
