Sibling Revelry Brewing
We took a few barrels of our flagship Red Ale and conditioned it with freshly roasted Rwandan coffee from our friends at duck-rabbit Coffee. Using whole beans instead of ground or cold press gives a rounder, more subtle coffee flavor. The aroma is iced coffee and caramel, the body of the beer drinks like our Red Ale with a lightly roasted and sweetened coffee finish.
