For this round of our base sour, we chose a couple of bright yellow fruits that lend a pleasing golden haze to the beer. Sweet juicy notes meld with the bready tones of the underlying wheat, Pilsner and Vienna malts. Equal portions of apricots and mangoes combine to contribute about 3/4 pound per gallon of fruit to this sour.
