BEER DESCRIPTION
We added Guava to this traditional Berliner Weisse; a cloudy sour beer originating in Northern Germany that's creation dates back to the 16th century. Low ABV, low bitterness and soured with a lactobacillus strain, it is vibrantly tart as well as amply carbonated. Fun fact about this style: Napoleon referred to it as the 'Champagne of the North''and we think it pairs well with Orlando's vibe.
