Isley Brewing Company
This wheat beer is light in color and body, but not lacking in flavor. The wheat adds a bit of tart 'spiciness' to the flavor, and fermenting at slightly warmer temperatures provides the beer with complex ester flavors and aromas common to Belgian Ales. These include hints of banana, clove, bubble gum and citrus. Wit (German for Wheat) style yeast is known for remaining suspended in the finished beer, giving the beer a cloudy appearance, and adds more yeast flavor to come through.
