Aged for 23 months in American Oak Whiskey and Cabernet Barrels. Pale golden amber color. Buttercream, dried papaya, caramel custard, and nougat aromas. A supple, silky entry to a dry-yet-fruity, medium to full body with grilled pepper, mineral and mocha accents. Finishes with a long cocoa, and pepper spice fade with a balanced warmth.
