BEER DESCRIPTION
An alternative take to our oft brewed Doom ESB + a revamp of the original Gatekeeper recipe by our brewer Mike. It is loaded with notes of biscuit, toffee, and toast. Unlike earlier iterations, it is a rich + full-bodied, mahogany-colored ale with a snappy bitterness + crisp, satisfying finish. The traditional English hops offer a floral bouquet to balance the maltiness. Made as a collaboration with the band The Silver; a side project of the band Horrendous.
